I have been teaching both in-person and online Pilates now for several years – bringing my experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach to the low impact speciality of Pilates. My expertise are in helping people of all ages and abilities move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through safe, intelligent, and accessible Pilates classes.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching with leading organisations including Pilates Scotland, Tribe Yoga, Parkinson’s UK, and the Kimpton Hotel, as well as other respected studios and wellbeing institutions across Scotland. This experience has shaped my approach: supportive, adaptable, and grounded in a deep understanding of how the body moves.
I teach a range of styles, from dynamic, strength-focused sessions to gentle restorative Pilates – always with clear cueing, thoughtful progressions, and personalised adjustments.
