Join Andrew Raeburn and Chaz Cullen for five days of movement, reflection, and reconnection in one of Portugal’s most stunning coastal settings. Sagres offers the ideal backdrop for this retreat: dramatic cliffs, peaceful beaches, and that wide-open sky that makes you breathe a little deeper. This is a 5 day, 4 nights retreat combining the beautiful nature of the Algarve with intentional yoga practice, revitalising pilates and optional surf lessons. The schedule includes a wide range of activities but there will be enough free time pencilled in for you to truly unwind, explore and relax during your 5 days. As guests to the retreat you are encouraged to do as much or as little as you’d like.
